EOS a scam or not!?

Hi everybody! Well as I have tried to transfer some of my ERC20 tokens many time (having only 0.008079.. ether) and put different amount of gas price and have to made several attempt before it works! And I have seen that 0.006 ether have been taken from my account but still see my tokens! When I click on "token tranfer" I do not see my transaction I made!

So what is the minimum amount to have to complete a transfer!? Minimum gas limit? Minimum GWEI!? I am getting really confused as I am still new.

And I did not get that time the link verify transaction and hash, what does it mean? Please help! This is really frustrating!
