Porsche, First Electric Vehicle Turkish Name :)))
Porsche, which is expected to participate in an electric automotive sector with serial production models, preferred to give a Turkish name to the first electric car, which was called Mission E until this time. Meet the new Porsche Tassen.
The electric car market, which is pioneered by Tesla, is expanding day by day with the participation of many manufacturers. Porsche, one of the most popular producers of today's sports cars, was working on an electric model, a seductive Mission E. No one knew that Porsche had already wanted to present the tool in this name. The company seems to have taken the Turkish dictionary in order to give the name it deserves to the new vehicle. Because the automobile is named Taycan.
Taycan means "young and full of life." Porsche officials will use this name tool next year to come out of commercial sales. Taycan is, in effect, a reference to the horses on Porsche's logos. At the same time, the company has a rhyming melody with the Macan
For the first time at the 2015 Frankfurt motor show, the Mission E concept is the opposite of the car and the Mission E Cross Turismo SUV version. The four-pronged version appeared at the Geneva Motor Show this year.
Taycan will be Parsche's first fully electric model. The company, which was affiliated to the Volkswagen group, produced electric vehicles with only hybrid motors until this time. The car, which has two electric motors with 600 horsepower, reaches from 0 to 100 in 3.5 seconds. Tesla's fastest sports cars have records below 3 seconds. Porsche seems to have not reached Tesla in this regard yet.
Porsche is strong enough to face the Tesla Roadster 2.0, the best electric car in terms of performance, as it optimizes the new Tassan as a runway wheelchair. Electric vehicles, like runway cars, are normally experiencing a series of accelerations because of the overheating of their batteries. Porsche Taycan's maximum speed will be 250 kilometers per hour.
With a fully charged battery, Taycan can travel about 500 kilometers, making only 390 kilometers with a fast 15 minute charge. The Volkswagen group, which wants to have thousands of charging points in Europe and the US, works jointly with giants like BMW and Ford for this.
The price is expected to be between 80 thousand and 90 thousand dollars, Porsche Taylor, will be sold at the end of 2019. At that time, we expect to see more electric cars than Porsche.
