Today after a busy work day, I went to an restaurant and saw one of my best African dishes of all time. This dish is a Cameroonian delicacy called waterfufu and eru.
The eru is the soup made up of veggies and the waterfufu is made up of cassava that has been grind and left to fement and then dried a little. Very easy to prepare.
