A community can only survive for long when the members live by the code: one for all, all for one. But unfortunately, that can never be achieved at a full 100% commitment as long as we are still humans with personal desire. Therefore, the level at which this is followed determine the height which we could go.

I'll draw a little example from popular story I read from the Bible about the early children of Babel.
Here, am not arguing the authenticity of the story, but it goes a long way to explain what happened when our individual language (desire) deviate largely from the communal language. I only hope that majority of the people who engaged in schemes to game the system come to a realization that the long term of this platform will benefit us all that their individual short term gain.
