Guided Meditation for Quarantine Blues (Collective Consciousness)
Hey!
I make meditations. This one is called a collective consciousness meditation. It is based off of the idea that we are connected energetically, and can access our collective consciousness through our emotions. This can help alleviate the feeling that we are isolated into feeling more like a community again.
I recommend trying it out, there may be some things from it that you can incorporate into your own meditation practice.
