Often considered the Golden Age of slow jams. This era of music features many classic tracks that are still beloved to this day. With so many memorable hits, it was difficult rounding it down to 10. This list is more influenced by in the 1st half of the decade.

You remember those high school days with your discman and playin your favorite slow jam or riding in the jeepney and then your favorite music comes on, and your heart swoons for the guy/gal you’re crushin’ on. You’re 100% distracted. All of your energy goes into the note you are suddenly inspired to write to him/her...with appropriate doodling of your names with hearts around it, properly folded with “open here” instructions lol. Obviously, just like the song of Robin Gibbs,boys do fall in love`! we do have butterfly effect too llllmmaaooo :)
