At the time of writing the MVIS CryptoCompare Digital Assets 10 Index is down 4.18% at 3,809.42.

The Bitcoin price has continued to fall over the weekend reaching a low of $5,616. Currently, the price is sitting at $6,305 after rising 1.91% in the last 24 hours with over $1.09 B worth of BTC exchanged on the BTC/USD pair, representing a 24% share of daily volume, second to the JPY at 55.4%.

Bitcoin Cash has risen significantly with extreme volatility reaching an all-time high of $2,217 on the CryptoCompare Index. Currently sitting at $1219, the Bitcoin Cash price has dropped 25.5% in the last 24 hours, with over $515 M worth of Bitcoin Cash exchanged in the past 24 hours. With most of the volume coming from the South Korean markets, this has led to rumours of early investor Roger Ver selling his BTC for BCH.

The Alt markets have reacted positively from the BTC-BCH volatility with DASH rising to an all-time high of $500. At the time of writing, it is up 25% with a price of $436. Ethereum is up 3.82% at $312 and has a daily volume of $207M.
