Thanks to my friendly neighborhood!! Super fruit...

I'm 6 months pregnant, and I love to eat avocado and so called here in the Philippines "santol ". How I lucky was that our neighbor has an avocado tree and Santos tree, everytime they harvest their fruits to sell it in the market they always gives me a pieces of their yummy fruits.

For all we know avocado is very rich in vitamins, and it is good for pregnant woman because it was high in folic acid.
