How to make Canned Tuna Diet Cutlets

A great option for quick, hearty cutlets baked in the oven. Mustard, garlic, onions and peppers make them especially flavorful. This dish is for those on a diet: one cutlet contains 157 kcal.

Cooking time 20 minutes.

Ingredients


  • Tuna in its own juice 240 g
  • Green onions 3-4 feathers
  • Breadcrumbs or almond flour 45 g
  • Salt taste
  • Ground black pepper taste
  • Powdered dried garlic ½ teaspoon
  • Large egg 1 piece
  • Olive oil 2 tsp
  • Dijon mustard 2 tsp

Preparation


  1. Preheat oven to 190 ° C.

2 ․ Set aside 1 tablespoon of the tuna liquid, drain the rest, and mash the fish with a fork.

3 ․ Chop the green onion finely.

  1. Combine crackers or almond flour with salt, pepper and dried garlic.
