Your words are full of wisdom and I learn so much from your experience. you are absolutely right, I guess leadership is not about a title but about impact, influence and inspiration. Impact involves getting results, influence is about spreading the passion to do what you have to do, and you have to inspire team-mates and customers.
Supervision is necessary, after a little help anyone can become a master in his respective field, all people nee is a little push.
