Cheese meat balls
Ingredients:
1/4 kg of beef
1 egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons flour panir
Ground spices :
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 nutmeg
3 tbsp margarine for frying
1/2 teaspoon salt
to taste the cheese
3 tbsp margarine for frying
How to make:
Milled meat until smooth (can use food processor or blender)
Mix ground beef with other ingredients and fine spices (except cheese and margarine) stir until well blended
Cut the little checkered cheese
rounded meat fill with cheese.
Fry the meat with margarine until both sides are cooked. Use only small fire.
Cheese meat balls ready to be enjoyed. Can also be cooked again with a variety of sauces or stews, sambal in fried .
