My dear friends i am here to participating in the amazing contest of one picture one story of this week that is organized by @ruthjoe for all of us. Here below is the small and interesting story of my life.

A few years ago, I was preparing for an important exam that would determined the my future's academic path. I was felt confident in my preparations but as the exams day approached I begin to experiences anxiety and stress. I kept thinking that no matters how much I was studied it mights not be enough. This fear leads to the sleepless nights, and insteads of focusing on the revision I spent my time worrying about the failing.

The night before the exam I realized that I hadn’t studied as effectively as I could have. I tried to crams in as much as I could but I was too much exhausted to concentrated. I ended up to going into the exam room feeling completely drained and fully anxious.
Despite all the my worries I ended up with performing better than the I expected. I have learned that even in the worst moments I am capable of handling the pressure and pushing through away.

What I have learned from this experience was the incredibly valuable. Stress and anxiety are the natural but they shouldn’t controls you. Sometimes over preparing and worrying too much can be working counter productively. It taughts me that taking care of the my mental health is just as important as preparing for the task at the hand. I also learned to trust the myself and my abilities even when doubt tries to take over.

Now, I approached the challenges with the balanced mindset making sure to staying focused and calm while also remembering the sometimes letting go of the perfection is key to the success.
