Greetings friends. Hope all friends of the Italy community are well. Alhamdulillah I am also very well. Today I will discuss a topic among you, I hope you will like to read it carefully. And the topic to be discussed is definitely related to our life.

We all go through challenges in life and this pain can be so much that it pushes beyond our hearts. Sometimes, the journey of mending a broken heart is not easy as it may seem. However, it’s an essential aspect along the way of getting peace and happiness in us. We shall look into some of the best ways by which we can rejuvenate and heal our hearts in this respect.

Self-Reflection and Acceptance

The first phase of healing is through introspection of one’s heart. It means looking into and accepting what we are going through emotionally and experiencing wise.
