Fanciulle in viaggio 🇮🇹🇬🇧

Durante il mio prossimo quasi imminente viaggio salutero' due amiche, una tale da 15 anni, che lasceranno Cuba per cercare fortuna altrove, pochi giorni dopo il mio arrivo.
Una, quella che conosco da tempo, verra' nel bel paese, invitata dal padre del figlio che hanno insieme, l'altra andra' a Suriname.
Quella che verra' in Italia, e' in una situazione abbastanza incasinata, non so bene cosa verra' a fare da noi
Però sono contento, dopo molti anni a pasar trabajo (per colpa anche del fenomeno nostrano) si merita una possibilita'.

L'altra va in un paese che non sa neppure in quale parte del mondo sia, a fare non sa cosa, spera di lavorare, non si sa bene in quale settore.
Questo e' lo stato dell'arte della maggior parte delle persone che oggi lasciano l'isola.
Perche' un conto e' andarsene negli Usa dove c'e' gia parte della famiglia, magari per 2/3 mesi un posto letto e due pasti caldi possono saltare fuori, prima di diventare come il pesce, buono se e' fresco ma che dopo un po' inizia a puzzare.
Un altro e' andare in giro alla cazzo.

Da un lato c'e' il dispiacere di perdere due amiche, in ogni senso, che vanno a giocarsi il futuro, dall'altro sono contento che vadano a giocarsela, vada come vada.
Non avete mai letto da parte mia una riga negativa nei confronti di chi decide di andarsene, ne' mai la leggerete.
Entrambe hanno titoli di studio importanti in ambito medico, titoli che fuori da Cuba valgono come la promessa di Cairo di rinforzare il Toro nel mercato invernale.

Ricordo qualche vacanza fa, bus Viazul dall'Avana a Las Tunas, seduta accanto a me una fanciulla che rientrava a Cuba dopo 5 anni negli States, la madre rimasta sull'isola non stava bene, rientrava per assisterla.
La fanciulla aveva lasciato l'isola da capo sala in ospedale, negli Usa il titolo non e' riconosciuto, quindi stava finendo il corso per riuscire a diventare infermiera, con un debito con lo stato che avrebbe poi ripagato lavorando.

Pero' non funziona sempre cosi.
Gli oltre 300 medici cubani che stanno lavorando in Calabria lo fanno da medici a cui e' stato riconosciuto il loro titolo, anche perche' quasi tutti si mettono, professionalmente, in tasca i colleghi italiani viste le esperienze fatte in giro per il mondo.
C'e' anche da dire che senza quei medici la Calabria gli ospedali li chiudeva.

Comunque queste due fanciulle dovranno adattarsi ai lavori piu' umili se vorranno farcela, leggevo che gli stipendi a Suriname raramente sono superiori ai 300 euro.

During my next almost imminent trip I will say goodbye to two friends, one of whom has been here for 15 years, who will leave Cuba to seek their fortune elsewhere, a few days after my arrival.
One, the one I have known for a long time, will come to the beautiful country, invited by the father of the son they have together, the other will go to Suriname.
The one who will come to Italy is in a pretty messed up situation, I don't know exactly what she will come to do with us
But I am happy, after many years of pasar trabajo (also due to the local phenomenon) she deserves a chance.

The other is going to a country that doesn't even know what part of the world it is in, to do who knows what, she hopes to work, it is not clear in what sector.
This is the state of the art of most of the people who leave the island today.
Because it's one thing to go to the US where there's already part of the family, maybe for 2/3 months a bed and two hot meals can pop up, before becoming like fish, good if it's fresh but after a while it starts to stink.
It's another thing to go around haphazardly.

On the one hand there's the disappointment of losing two friends, in every sense, who are going to gamble their future, on the other I'm happy that they're going to gamble it, no matter how it goes.
You've never read a negative line from me towards those who decide to leave, nor will you ever read it.
They both have important qualifications in the medical field, qualifications that outside Cuba are worth as much as Cairo's promise to strengthen Toro in the winter market.

I remember a few holidays ago, a Viazul bus from Havana to Las Tunas, sitting next to me a girl who was returning to Cuba after 5 years in the States, her mother who remained on the island was not well, she was returning to assist her.
The girl had left the island as a head nurse in a hospital, in the US the title is not recognized, so she was finishing the course to become a nurse, with a debt to the state that she would then repay by working.

But it doesn't always work like that.
The over 300 Cuban doctors who are working in Calabria do so as doctors who have been recognized for their title, also because almost all of them put their Italian colleagues in their pockets, professionally, given the experiences they have had around the world.
It must also be said that without those doctors, Calabria would close its hospitals.

However, these two girls will have to adapt to the most humble jobs if they want to make it, I read that salaries in Suriname are rarely more than 300 euros.
