Aston Villa; 150 Anni 🇮🇹🇬🇧

Vi racconto una iniziativa a cui abbiamo aderito noi Villans nei giorni scorsi.
Il mio nickname su questa piattaforma non e' casuale, Aston Villa.

Nel 1982 un gruppo di ragazzini torinesi mise in piedi una squadra di calcio amatoriale dandole il nome della squadra inglese che in quell'anno vinse la Coppa dei Campioni.
Dopo 43 anni e migliaia di partite ci siamo ancora tutti, a giocare ancora del vecchio gruppo siamo rimasti in 5/6 ma gli altri sono sempre nel gruppo; partite, cene, camminate in montagna, zingarate in giro in Liguria e Valle d'Aosta e via discorrendo.
Il calcio ci ha tenuto insieme.

La casa madre di Birmingham, citta' dell'Aston Villa, per celebrare i suoi 150 anni ha lanciato una proposta ai suoi fan dando loro la possibilita' di mettere una targa all'esterno della curva North Stand del Villa Park, il nostro stadio.
Ci siamo attivati, mettendo ognuno qualcosa, per aderire a questa iniziativa che ha un suo limitato costo, pubblico le foto della targa, del certificato che ci e' arrivato da Birmingham e del muro dove sara' esposta.

Il mio interesse per il mondo del calcio e' drasticamente in fase calante, resta pero' il piacere di frequentare grazie al calcio, (quello giocato da noi che continua, malgrado l'eta' del dattero) delle persone importanti per me.
Siamo Villans e lo saremo sempre e per sempre.

I'll tell you about an initiative that we Villans have joined in recent days.
My nickname on this platform is not a coincidence, Aston Villa.
In 1982 a group of kids from Turin set up an amateur football team, giving it the name of the English team that won the Champions Cup that year.
After 43 years and thousands of games we are all still here, 5/6 of us from the old group are still playing but the others are still in the group; games, dinners, walks in the mountains, gypsy trips around Liguria and Valle d'Aosta and so on.
Football has kept us together.
The parent company in Birmingham, home of Aston Villa, to celebrate its 150 years has launched a proposal to its fans, giving them the opportunity to put a plaque outside the North Stand of Villa Park, our stadium.
We have taken action, each putting something, to join this initiative that has its limited cost, I publish the photos of the plaque, of the certificate that we received from Birmingham and of the wall where it will be displayed.
My interest in the world of football is drastically in a declining phase, but the pleasure of spending time with people important to me thanks to football, (the one played by us that continues, despite the age of the date) remains.
We are Villans and we will always be and forever.
