THE GOOFY ONE - PEN DRAWING
Hi guys
How are you doing today.
My drawing for today specially talks about that one person in a group of friends who is the most goofy, carries the group along and always there to cheer you up. The one friend whose absence is always felt and presence always appreciated.
I’ve personally tried to be that kind of person but I guess it’s just not who I am. I just like how they can cheer up the group effortlessly and always have something to say.
Sadly, they also tend to be the most lonely and struggling mentally cause in my opinion they pour too much out while receiving less in return.
This piece is a reminder for anyone in that position in their friend group that they’ll always be loved and cared for.

The word "goofy" reminds me of Goofy (Walt Disney) I am not so sure he brightens up his group with friends. Ever saw the "Goofy Movie"? it's kind of painful to see that even his son Max considers him an idiot. Our Dutch word is also not too flattering.
This drawing of you looks different from the rest if it comes to style.
BTW nice signature you have but I wonder don't you find it a pity to place it on the picture? I frequently find it spoiling what I see. In this case your signature attracts the attention.
Oh, I haven’t seen the movie yet but I’ll be sure to look it up. Hopefully if I can find it, I’ll watch it.
Some drawings tend to have more details compared to the other based on the approach and idea I want to convey.
Thanking you for liking my signature 😅, I’ve actually gotten a few comments about it and they all liked it but I don’t think I can do away with it cause it’s a necessary aspect for the artist in terms of identification.
Maybe a little more hidden will be fine.
