I am @sualeha from Pakistan ,it's great pleasure for me to participate in very interesting topic of engagement challenge season 7 in week 5 about how we balanced stress time and how to handle and resolve all there's problems in this blog so guys let's start my blog with the name of all mighty Allah
What do you do to stay balanced in time of stress ??
when I am in stressed,I love to talk my mom and she knew me very well ,she listened my reason for stress and guide me how I deal with it by wisdom,she is my support system ,some time point out my mistakes and always taught me stay with patient and she said that God help those who help them selves, leave what was happened saw what is happening in your life .
Walked on park my second best option to released my all stressed in beautiful and fresh open area ,I forgotten all my problems that made me suffered,I felt relaxed and calmed so guys you also try to walk in tension you feel very light and free .
It's nice way to remove stress in life plans for eating out with family,my husband mostly busy in his office work but whenever he got free time or saw me in stress he plan and chill out with us ,I am sure when ever you out from home for that time to feel free and light do we plan at least twice a month for chilled out family dinner.

Some time people face emotionally strees from given by family and friends and some time it's prolong for that ovoid all there type of people if possible cut of all these negative peoples in your life .
Every had it's beautiful family and having some problems but it's depends on every one how kind of problems they faced and going in stressed,in my case I had some in lows issues,some stress me and I felt very bad due to bad behaviors of that in that situation I never augmentin to them and keep distance few days until every thing would be normal.Any now a days high prices of all basic needs items the common man faced finical problems in his life , utilities bill,fuel, groceries products and over all due to that middle class family suffered badly may God helped us in very bad situation.
The second reason came in stress I work ward for some task since long time but never get good results or my goals that wants from that work I would made me stressed and I felt sad 😭😭 but after some time I realized and came out my self from stress easily.
The big reason of stressed in my life I saw hunger ,lack of basic necessities for common people ,un employment and so on but I did not helped any one because I have no resources to solved it .
Do you think now we should take this problem seriously??if so then describe why ???
Well it's very important to handle in right way of your stresses of life it may be leaving bad effects on your metal and physical healthy so deal them smartly . Focus on what you achieved and look for opportunities it's very important for all us always hope for good , Go to bad early , advice your health consultant.
I finished my blog on that note tension is a part of every age groups people but the person who have to find out the way in all these stressful situation in correct way he easily get rid off all these issues and strongly follow positive attitude and sincere friends in your life .

You must first share the map with your mom andYour mother must fulfill the responsibility of a mother to her child to remove you from the map. Keeping you happy and feeding you beautiful items about food. They support you in all directions.
Now you said if you have stress then of course you like to walk in the park yes that's right I like to walk in the park too. Horses in the park. It feels so good to walk barefoot. When you're upset, me and I go to the park and walk on the grass. My heart is much lighter.
Then you also said how to get rid of stress about work I have read it carefully before. And what I think is that if I don't have good control over a task, I also think it can act as stress and it's control. Very difficult to do. So it is better to control it carefully and always refrain from it. May Allah Hafez always wish you to be very well and healthy

Hello friends I have actually understood a lot by reading your post. How beautifully you have written a topic in your post.
You mentioned again in the post what we should do when our mind is upset. When I'm really upset, I go for a walk outside. Then exchange some tricks with everyone. I try to keep myself well.
You have written another topic, that is how we can get rid of stress by reducing the workload. In fact we should take any task very simply. If we don't do any work too hard. But the pressure of that work creates a mental pressure on us. So I will say to everyone that you take up any work. Must take it very easy. If the task is too big for you. Then divide it into small parts. And try to complete your work.
