Since the inception of our community two years and ten months ago, I have consistently provided monthly updates. This practice distinguishes our community on this platform. I am committed to maintaining transparency regarding our expenditures and the factors contributing to the growth of our community.

Co-admin and other moderators started sponsoring contests once a month, as cited.
The engagement tournament commenced on November 4th, which is running! In our weekly curation reports, we will announce the leading team; along with the top team- the three winners, each member of whom will receive Steem based on quality, engagement, and consistency.
As previously emphasized, we anticipate that;

I will begin rewarding their hard and honest work as cited above.Besides the distribution of the prize, I powered up both accounts (community and myself); So that we can appreciate more content inside and outside of the community.

We are excited to announce the resumption of our weekly tutorial classes, where we will cover essential topics.
Our new members must become acquainted with the do's and don'ts of the Steemit platform.Each week, our co-admin published an engagement report and the job she concluded weekly.
All moderators, along with the co-admin, submit weekly moderation reports;
Through this, they highlight the weekly jobs they have concluded inside the community.I submitted a booming weekly report from the community account each week;
Maintaining all the criteria set by booming. Till season three, we never had any regulations for booming.Each day, I curated posts from the community account;
No matter whether anyone delegated or not!Last month, one of our members delivered a baby boy, and for that reason, a few showed love as a part of small gifts by sharing steem to welcome the newborn and our beloved member.

দুই বছর ১০ মাস হয়ে গেছে আমাদের কমিউনিটির, যেটা দেখে অনেক বেশি ভালো লাগছে। আসলে সবাই যদি সঠিকভাবে কাজ করতে থাকে এভাবে বছরের পর বছর কাটিয়ে দিতে, তাও আমাদের কোন সমস্যা হবে না। মার্চ মাসের আপডেট নিয়ে আবারো আপনি আমাদের সাথে আপনার রিপোর্ট শেয়ার করেছেন। প্রতি মাসেই আপনি আমাদের সাথে মাসে রিপোর্ট শেয়ার করে থাকেন এবং কিছু আপডেট দিয়ে থাকেন।
ফেব্রুয়ারি মাসে আমাদের কমিউনিটির মধ্যে মডারেটর সহ অনেক ধরনের প্রতিযোগিতার আয়োজন করেছেন। সেই সাথে আমাদের একজন সদস্য পুত্র সন্তান জন্ম দিয়েছে, তার জন্য আপনারা পুরস্কারের আয়োজন করেছেন। আসলে বিষয়টা আমার জানা ছিল না তাহলে আমিও এখানে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারতাম। অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ মার্চ মাসের আপডেট সম্পর্কে আমাদেরকে অবগত করার জন্য, ভালো থাকবেন।
সর্বপ্রথম আপনাকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ আমাদের কমিউনিটির একটি মাসের পুরো আপডেট এই সুন্দর রিপোর্টের মাঝে তুলে ধরার জন্য,,, আসলে একটি কমিউনিটি চালাতে হলে সেখানে পরিশ্রম এবং তার কিছু নিয়ম অবশ্যই থাকে।
এবং এই কমিউনিটিতে যুক্ত হওয়ার পর থেকে দেখেছি আপনারা আমাদের কমিউনিটি একটি নিয়ম মেনে চলিয়ে এসেছেন,,, এবং সততার সঙ্গে দিয়ে থাকেন সেটা সত্যি একটি প্রশংসনীয় কাজ বলে আমার মনে হয়।
এই দক্ষতা সবার মধ্যে থাকে না সততার সাথে যে কোনো জায়গায় থাকলে সেটা সব সময় ভালো থাকে,, এবং আপনাদের সততার জন্য আজ এই কমিউনিটি অনেক দূর এগিয়ে এসেছে।
আশা করি আগামীতেও আরো অনেক দূর এগিয়ে যাবে এবং ইনশাল্লাহ সব সময় পাশে থেকে কাজ করে যাবো আপনাদের সাথে,, কারণ আপনাদের সাথে কাজ করতে পেরে আমি নিজে অনেক বেশি আনন্দিত।
আপনার কাজের প্রতি নিষ্ঠা এবং আগ্রহ সত্যিই প্রশংসনীয়। আমাদের কমিউনিটিকে এক নতুন উচ্চতায় নিয়ে যাবেন, এটাই আমার বিশ্বাস।
আপনার পরিশ্রমের ফলস্বরূপ কমিউনিটি আরও শক্তিশালী এবং সমৃদ্ধ হবে, এই বিষয়ে কোনো সন্দেহ নেই।
