I have a friend of mine though she is older that me, but in terms of going after what I want, I know it better than her, for example if I want to get a particular goods or something and I have the funds with me, instead of keeping the money to be complete, I will send it out immediately to where I want to get the goods because I know, once the money is still in my position, I will use it. So at the long run, my friend wanted to get some materials for herself and the money she was with, was not enough for her, then I advice her on what to do so that she won't use the money, instead of her to listen to me, she rather do it in her own way and before we could say anything, she has used all the money without doing anything good for herself.

Maturity in my own way can be defined as when you are able to think straight, when you are able to behave and act in a responsible. This include by not allowing your emotions get over you. Maturity is when you are able to do things right by yourself without any supervision of any one. People who are mature in mind and not in age would be able to take care of some problems that comes their way with ease, for them to show example to others they have to take responsibility for their actions.
One important keys of maturity is when you are able to control your emotions very well. Those that are mature will be able to control feelings and their positive responds to any situations around them. They do not allowed their emotions to speak for their decision and their actions, but choose to take their time to look at their feelings and make a meaningful decisions.

Maturity include having the ability to make good decisions based on principles, values and endless goals. People who are mature will be able to l look at the disadvantage of their actions and make their decisions which are in line with their faith and value. They are able to categorize things that are important to them and also make their decisions which reflects their concerns.

As a humans pass through series of problems In their life, they run through a wide scoop of experience which shape their view faith and their actions. All these experiences can come in different forms which includes career choice, personal relationships, health problems, and cultural influence. The expression "experience comes with age" indicate that those who are older had plenty of time to learn from their experience and also plenty of things to aquire wisdom and skill which the younger ones have not experienced .

They belief that experiences comes up with some situations which is required that one's surrounding and things happening around them can remarkably affect the type of experience they can have

Age can also bring an intimate understanding of yourself and other people around us, also as well as bringing a better sense, flexibility and resilience which comes from having steer life issues and challenges over time. Those who are older have a wider view on the world, also being a witness of some historical event and societal changes which can create a meaningful picture in human way of behavior and their group behavior.

As we get older in age, a lot of people belief we become set in our own in which older people have nothing else to learn from the generation of today. I really believe that the elderly ones has a lot to learn from the younger ones

The main reason for this is the speedy rate in which technology is moving higher. The Younger ones have grown to an age of quick technological transformation and are usually skillful when it comes to using these new technologies than the older ones. If these older people are willing to learn from the younger ones they can gain meaningful knowledge and meaningful skills which can help them steer up this modern age more effectively.
For example there is an experience that younger ones might have that is too early for their age and when they see the older one going through what they have been through, they will be able to advice the older ones

Younger people normally have a new fresh knowledge of the world and they are willing to accept changes that's is by having a conversation with the younger ones, the aged ones can have a new knowledge of thinking which can help them to adapt to the new challenges and situations.

The younger ones can also give the older ones support and also togetherness. Creating a legit relationship with younger people can help in taking away the feeling of loneliness and isolation which are usually experienced by the older ones which leads to improving emotional and mental well being.
