What do you do to stay balanced in times of stress? |

Stress is tbe result of our negative thoughts working and some other impacts of working which we have not interested the most important factor of stress is behaviour of other people but stress is not big problem we may overcome it by doing some important things.
When our mind may be distrub we can't perform any single task for the keep mind cooling relaxation is most important for this kind of action deep breathing is helping you to slow down the body and keep mind fresh by in these relaxation techniques are included deep breathing can help to inncrease the relaxation of body so it's a best way to keep relax.
We all know that natural beauty is the solution of every problem so first of all I visited the natural beauty whenever I feel stressed in my life a few months ago after the examination I feel tired and stressed I visited the most natural place in Pakistan is Azad Kashmir here are pictures of this place.
Mindfulness means pay full attention on your work and present moment in your life I always enjoy my best moments for keeping away to stress it's a best way to keep yourself happy and stress free I do such kind of activities in free time which gives me happiness and focus on my work mindfulness helps to reduce the anxiety and stress.
Give three main reasons behind our stress? |

There are many reasons behind my stress sometime we may survive against this stress but often it is uncontrollable here I discussed about some important and mannerisms behind my stress so let's see the below for reasons;
The main and big reason behind stress is some financial issues that I face in these days we all know that when the expenses are overloaded and our finances resources are less than we face these kind of issues and it causes the stress some this stress takes seriously and cause of illness.
The second main reason behind my stress is about admission I have completed my FSC and now I will take admission in university but some financial issues will not make me able to take admission in university I always thought about my admission and this cause stress I hope I will take admission next year in university.
The reason behind my stress is overuse of mobile I feel lst few days i use the mobile about 16-18 hours in a day and it becomes to cause of stress for me we all know that overuse of mobile is also harmful for us and I feel this now I try my best to keep away from mobile and use only when I work on it.
Do you think now we should take this problem seriously? If so, then describe why? |

Yes, I think it is a serious issue if we are facing this issue regularly. Sometimes we feel stressed when we are doing some work and the load of that work is very heavy. In these situations, we should have to do some preventive measurements that I have mentioned in the above section and if the stress is continued then we can visit a doctor.
If the stress is a regular issue then we must have to visit a doctor and ask for some medication. This is because the minor stress can also lead to the serious issues when it is in higher stages. We must have to keep calm ourselves to avoid much loss of the mental health.

Alhamdulillah I really enjoyed reading your post. You have presented the subject of mental stress in a very beautiful way. You have mentioned three reasons for mental protection, three of which I like very much.
First of all you said take relax. Breathe there and it is so important. That when you breathe, breathe beautifully, your mind and body will relax. This is the reason you said first that I like very much.
In the video, you said to visit a natural place. I can say 100% that if you visit a natural place, if you travel from there and walk around there repeatedly, but if you park, there is definitely a chance that you will feel better. Which I do constantly. If my mind is not good then if people pressure meMost of the time I go for a walk to see the natural places.
Third, I like the important point you made. What you have done is be mindful. Actually, what I mean is that whatever you or I do, I can do it regardless of whether I have the ability to do it or not. Do that carefully.
