Steemit Engagement Challenge-S7/W5|My Way To Stay Balanced During The Time Of Stress.
Here are a few things I do to ease off my stress, see below;
I try to set my goals around what I value more.
I manage my time effectively review new online job activities, priorities and some success factors.
Creating a boundary between balancing work and personal time-leave work at work where possible.
I put on resilience and have a positive attitude and mindset always.
Avoiding stress, mental exhaustion, fatigue can affects my ability to work productively.
Maintain a healthy lifestyle—ubdi so by looking after myself, eat well, sleep well and set aside a little time to exercise or pursue an activity that you enjoy.
Here are some things that causes stress.
• When I have responsibilities that I find overwhelming.
• Not having enough work,
activities or change in your life.
• When am under lots of pressure.
• when I face big changes in life.
• Are worried about something.
Yes we should wake up and take up actions towards this in order to find a perfect solution to our problems.
I have believed that this problem can be ratified and cleaned without the intervention of the government.

Hello friend you mentioned some pretty nice things in your question. You have presented us with many types of work to get rid of stress. I like many of them, so I will say one thing. That is what you said to follow the rules and regulations to sleep properlyI like eating right and exercising properly. And I do it sometimes so I understand it can be very important to get away from your blessing. Anyway, stay well and stay healthy
