The woman in her life is in her life as a child in the lap of parents, grows up with brothers, plays with friends, becomes a wife and starts a new life with her husband, the husband's parents have their parents, they become a mother and over time, and in future, a grandmother or grandmother. So a woman goes through a lot of new time and experience in her life.

Today was the International Women's Day, which we celebrated quite well. International women 'is celebrated to empower and to tell them equal status in this society. If you say it right, the status of a woman is much bigger than the man's death because even a woman gives birth to a man. It is said that when there is maternity, then there is as much pan as the 14 bones break. At this time, if a woman is seen, then you seem to be in the middle of life and death because this pain is not a common pain. Therefore, the status of a woman in my eyes is more than the man.

Today, I celebrated a very well in my hospital, celebrating the Intentional Women's Day. I am the head of a department and I want to walk well to my department, then I have to take initiative myself. In this morning, I ordered 200 rose flowers, chocolate and celebration cards to the contractor. Going to the hospital, I honored all doctors, nursing staff and supporting staff with flowers, cards and chocolate. The nursing staff was the most busy among all of them. A nursing staff had come to me wearing gloves, which I also honored.

Today we had a purple and white custom theme. We asked all the staff to wear white and purple themes. Everyone was cool and enjoyed in their own fun. Then we told our staff that if everyone gathered in the auditorium room, then everyone had gathered in the auditorium room. In the auditorium room we had an engaging activity. Cake harvesting and dance were celebrated.

We had kept the character gas game, which we enjoyed a lot. It was evening time, we had to go home too, so we had quickly programmed cake harvesting. Dr. Shivani and all the female staff along with him had cut the cake together. After cutting the cake, all people had to dance only, so in the beginning we had a dance with Dr. Reena, who is a physiotherapist, but then everyone had to do classic, modern and garba dance, so we had done an open dance platform for everyone and enjoyed all the people a lot.
