Steemit Engagement Challenge S7W5 | My way to Stay Balanced during the time of Stress
Assalamualaikum everyone.
Greetings to all Stemeians who are showing enthusiasm to post on daily bases. I'm sure you all will be enjoying Engagement Season 7. This is my participation post for this contest. I'm going to be part of this contest S7W5 Incredible India. The topic of discussion is My Ways to Overcome the Stress. So, let's get started!
Stress is most dangerous and crucial issue that we all are facing. In this modern Era we all are in busy schedule. Because of this we often go through stress. If I talk about Mental health it is essential for us to deal with Stress. We should be active and careful enough for our mental health. Because without good mental health, there is nothing possible. Now you can imagine , how mental health is important to do something productive.
We should maintain ourselves to overcome on stress. Stress us as dangerous as poison for our mental health. There are few things that I used during stress time for my mental health stability.
- Connection with Divine Power:

The most important way for me to maintain myself during the street time is that I connect myself with Divine. By spending some time in meditation , I share with my Allah Almighty and recite The Holy Quran. By doing this I feel peace. I pray for myself because there is only Allah Almighty shoes grace and blessings give me happiness.
- Nature is second way:
Nature is another way to get myself stress free. The second way to releif stress is spending time in nature. Nature is always close to my heart. There is Natural Collarary. I spend most of my time for nature. Nature is second mother for many people. Wordsworth , the most important poet is know as poet of nature. I spend time in nature by enjoying nature with the poetry of Wordsworth and Keats etc.
- Spend Time with my family:
The third most important way for me is spending time with my family. Because of busy schedule we are tiredsome. This busiest attitude effects on our behaviours. That's why I spend time with my family. Because it gives me pleasure. My family is my motivation. I feel very confort. Family is one of the blessing of Allah Almighty.
As I already mentioned that stress is as dangerous as poison. Then a question arises what are the factors behind stress that do unstable our mental health. There may be so many reasons but three most important from which I have to suffer are following.
- Burdanized Work
We are living in a technical Era. We are spending a very tough and busy life. In Pakistan , sorry to say practical work is limited. A very tough situation is given to student or workers. Being a student , I give 14 hours to my university and Studies. After that I have to give sometime with my family and friends. There are so many tasks that are assigned by teacher. So we are unable to face this situation so ultimately we go in Stress.
- Emotional Stress
This type of stress is very dangerous. Because we all are more like in imagination and less live in reality. We are victim of our own killing emotions. Expect more without any practice , this thing directly lead to severe type of stress that is Emotional stress. Always rely on your own work. Don't expect anything from others without your own efforts.
- Social Media Addiction
Social media addiction is the major reason that leads to stress. On social media , there are many clips that are related to suicide such clips unstable our mental health. Due to technology and social media we people are in stress. We are over attached with social media. We always neglect that reality is something else. That's why consequences are not acceptable. This lead to stress.
Yes, stress must be taken seriously because it can negatively affect both our physical and mental health. Chronic stress can cause a number of health issues, including disease, depression, anxiety, sleep disturbances, and more. Stress can also have an impact on our day-to-day interactions and relationships, which can have an impact on both our professional and personal life. To preserve overall wellbeing, it is crucial to give self-care a high priority and discover effective stress management techniques. So there must be strategic planning for stress. That's all about from my side.

Amiga veo que usas la meditación como una vía de escape ante situaciones de stress, así como también estar en relajación en contacto con la naturaleza, y otras veces el compartir en familia también te ha funcionado, el stres es perjudicial para todos y si no lo controlamos puede ser peligroso , estoy de acuerdo contigo, el exceso de trabajo es uno de los factores que causó mayor stress, también el no controlar nuestras emociones puede llevarnos a situaciones de stress, si no logramos controlar el stress debemos buscar ayuda de especialistas para que nos orienten
The best thing to read your post is that when you are under stress you connect with Allah Allah and recite more quran very good most good. This is what every Muslim should be, in fact, I find peace like reciting the Qur'an nowhere elseno I am very happy to see more good things about Quran recitation from your post. Stay well.
