A few days ago I went to the sea for business work in the office. There are many types of businesses that I pay attention to and many types of businesses that I like. One of the businesses I saw there was the dry fish business. Due to the sea coast, fish is easily collected and dried fish is made from fish. There is a caste who live there permanently and produce large quantities of dry fruits which are collected from different parts of the country. Which is a way to earn a lot of money.
At first they used various vessels to collect small and large fish from the sea with nets and dried them in the sun. They dry the dried fish at different heights. After drying for 30 to 35 days, they become dry. Then they are stored in a good place. After saving, some local people buy them and later go to a market to sell them. Many people who are interested in doing business can collect fish from the coastal area and make shutki. Then you can earn money by selling dry goods in different areas of the city.

There are several things we need to keep in mind to do this dry business. Of course we need to have an idea about the moisture content of dried fish. A type of fungus called DDT is usually used to collect dried fish, but care must be taken not to use this fungus on dried fish.
