Covering a Friendly Football Match, Missed SAX Pump in the Process and Signing up 2 users on Steemit

Was a Sunday. A lot of things happened and a lot of things did transpire. What do you do on Sundays? Recreation? Yes, I thought of recreating time with Steemians but that wasn't all. I signed up 3 users on steemit of which one did her achievement 1 post and submit. I mentored a few newbies I signed up previously and also watched a movie. Would I say it was the best Sunday but not completely the best.

I missed a massive pump even though it was a lie. I'm not someone who's always offline for 1 second. My internet connection is always available to load whatever message or tweet there may be but I missed an announcement that would have fetched me good money in the crypto space as I was covering the match. Immediately I saw the pump on Solana, Ada and Xrp late, I stopped covering the event for a while. I just stationed myself in one corner to understand what was happening.

Metroflex and Ultrafitare two fitness teams that came from different regions in Uyo to play a friendly match between themselves. They actually came to our fitness center to use our field for their match because we once had a friendly match with Metroflex of which we won them in our home. So they decided to come over to our home to play and also make us spectators as we didn't have to pay transportation fare to go to theirs which they must have rented.

The match was slated to commence by 3pm and as the acting photographer, I went out early to get all the moves to advertise my photography business. This was my aim. I left my house 30 minutes behind time as I knew they won't keep to time. When I arrived at the venue, my eyes gazed at the luxury they came out with.

They came in convoys, the latest edition of car models and the likes. I was like, hope they won't be beauty without brains? The last time we played with Metroflex, we won them even with their physique, convoy and luxury cars.

The body statues I saw there were oppressive. You need to see how muscular and sturdy these men are. Their broad chest, tight muscles and enlarge legs and hands. It was at this point my mind was filled with the thought that I shouldn't judge a book by its cover. The last fitness team our fitness team flogged was the fitness team that was playing that day and this particular fitness team was also in that line, muscular and sturdy but we scored them even though they played their best.

We were scared at first but now, they are under our carpets. So they were to play with another fitness team that are as muscular as they are. I was just a camera man.

The start of the match was in favour of Metroflex because they have experience. I felt Ultrafit didn't know they were playing on the field until the first goal was scored which was a mistake from the Goalkeeper. That goal was very much unexpected and lucky for me, I captured the moves of the person who scored the goal.

There were some other good moves I captured and preserved for them. I didn't know who to side with because at some point, a particular team will play out of scope and will then play like a Hero. While still capturing moves, Ultrafit scored a goal and it was a draw of 1-1. The first half was over and when the second half was about to start, I received a call to close my existing trades and take profits from there and that Trump was pumping BTC and SAX.

The caller told me he saw the opportunity and thought I also saw it. He traded the coins with $10 and got $700 in a space of 30 minutes. I missed the announcement. Had I been online, I would have made some dolls to buy steems coin and hold. I missed. I wasn't in my right mind and Focus was lost. I just had to watch the match in pain. 🤣 It ended 2-1.

Metroflex was favoured and won the match against Ultrafit but before they scored that second goal,Ultrafit charged and showed the 99. They realised the intensity of drawing a match in the second round and wanted to win even though it was friendly.

In all, they left happily that evening while I went home sad after covering the event. I got home late at night and helped 2 users create an account on steemit while some who did registration a day ago did their achievement 1 post they night. My hopes weren't completely dashed because what went up came down massively. 🤣🤣 We go again this Sunday as my fitness team would be playing against Ultrafit. Another Sunday to recreate is coming up this weekend. See you there
