Alhamra Art Center Lahore: A Hub of Art, Culture, and Knowledge

Alhamra Art Center Lahore, a beautiful place located inside the city which is also known as the Alhamra Art council, Alhamra Art gallery and Lahore art council. It was completed in 1992. That place is solely influenced by the Mughals architecture as handmade red bricks, white marble and red sandstone is used in it's building which relates to the Badshahi mosque and Lahore fort building.
When I was there, A sufi festival was ongoing inside the auditorium. Yes, in the Alhamra Art Center, there is a beautiful and well articulated auditorium which has more than 250 seats. In that auditorium, Sufi festival was ongoing where some great thinkers and scholars was giving lecture to the audience. We also took a seat and started listening them.
After listening the lecture for about 30 minutes, we left the auditorium and come inside the Hall where the qawali night was held. In that area, many people were sitting some were wandering around and enjoying their time. There the scenes was very amazing as the place was decorated very beautifully with the addition of large screen.
After that, we moved into the art gallery where the arts made by different artists displayed on the wall and some handicrafts was also present there. Both of them pictures showing some interesting stories as the an artist can understand the art very well. But if you can, then please share your views about these paintings in the comments.
On the other side of these paintings, the handicrafts was present which was made by the hands of Pakistani people. All of these was very beautiful as they were painted very well with different colors. All these things shows the love of Pakistani people to their culture, arts and traditions as well.
In the above pictures you can see the quality of these handicrafts are superb but for me, their prices are quite high that I why we haven't bought anything. We just saw all these things and praised them very well. After spending time there, we left the art gallery and then moved back to our house as the time of seminar over.

This is really s piece of art in Lahore with different sections at one place. You are right the auditorium is spacious and wide with a good seating plan.
All the handicrafts are also very beautiful and attractive but seems a bit at high price.
You are right brother at that place we can take a glimpse of many things including arts, paintings and handicrafts as well. I also assumed that their prices are very high but what can we do?
You are right we can do nothing but avoid purchasing costly things from there.
