Inverse Functions Part 2: One to One Functions and the Horizontal Line Test

In this video I clarify the inverse functions in which I defined in my earlier video to state that it is only applicable to one to one functions. This requirement is illustrated in trigonometric functions which are not one to one and there inverse would require that an x value have multiple y values. I allude to how we avoid this restriction by restricting the domains of trig functions.

I don't always find the inverse of functions but when I do I usually check if they are one-to-one using the horizontal line test ;)
