The Diary Game: Making My Roomie's Hair (23-11-2024)

Hello kings and queens, here is @purpleidy23 wishing everyone a happy weekend, hope you are enjoying the weekend to the fullest? You know sometimes I do wonder how boring It would've been if there were no weekends, just imagine that, how it will be so boring working Sunday to Sunday. Before I talk and forget about the main essence of the post, let me share how my friday went about.

My weekend break started on Friday, I didn't go to work but I woke up tired and lazy, that is how some days are anyways so I brushed my mouth, I was just trying to figure out what to get for breakfast but I couldn't get at it so you know the last resort? Going to a restaurant was the available options I could opt to.

When I got to the restaurant, other food were ready but my favourite afang soup wasn't, they were still preparing it so I just stayed and waited for the man to finish up so I will be served, he was busy apologizing to me up and down and low key I was enjoying the baby girl treat.

After about 15 minutes, I was served my soup, he added an extra fufu and meat to eat for keeping me waiting, I was so happy at least I had two portions of meat to eat. Within few minutes, I was done eating then paid money and appreciated him for the gesture, he apologized again for keeping me waiting then I went back home.

My roomie was already on my neck for me to make her hair for her, but me I had somewhere to go to that morning, I was invited my customer to come get pork meat, I have been postponing it but today I just felt it will be kind of somehow not to go, so I asked her to get the compound kids to loosen her hair then when I come back I will make the hair for her, she agreed then I took my bath then got dressed and went to my customer's place.

When I arrived, his son was already on the pork, he was the one slaughtering the pig, it's always scary seeing him do this because I do feel the matchet might slip and hurt his hands somehow but what do I know? He is a pro in it so I just sat and watched the boy do what he knows how to do best.

I didn't allow them to cook the pork so I won't waste much time, I just asked them for my portion and then they gave me raw portion and I appreciated them and took it back home. On getting home, the compound kids were on the hair loosing it, so I went inside and dropped the pork meat, washed my hands and prepared it so it won't spoil.

When I was done preparing the pork, I went outside and the kids were done loosing the hair, so I went into action immediately, I started making the hair around 1pm. She has a full hair and making the kind of style she gave me took me about 4 hours, I was able to finish it by 5pm and the outcome was lovely, she liked it.

I was tired after making the hair, so I rested for a while then took my phone and wrote my Thursday diary then went inside to rest. When I woke up, it was 8pm already I just took my bath and was going through some posts on facebook before I could know what was going on, I had slept off and that was it.
