I think basically everyone is guilty of this at one point or another. As disk drives just keep getting bigger and bigger there is very little incentive to "clean up." I am sometimes a bit appalled when I look at the amount of crap I have just sitting around in various folders such as massive install files for programs that I have long since abandoned yet there they are, just hanging out, for all eternity.
