Altcoins are basically alternative cryptocurrencies which emerged after creation of bitcoin which is considered as king of all the cryptocurrencies.alternative cryptocurrencies have some of the unique characteristics that differentiate them from bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies that are well established. I am going to have a look and highlight some of the characteristics of alternative coins that you also should know.

First of all this is really important to know that alternative coins are also decentralized means that there is no any central entity or intermediary which is taking over the control at whole coin so this level of decentralization is useful for permitting P2P transaction without any need of Central entity. Alternative coins are those that use distributed legit technology like blockchain for recording and management of creation of transactions.

Alternative coins are those which also have some particular offers to control inflation like some alternative coins have total supplies but others have variance in their supply and all these are determined by specific algorithm.
