Cada vez que una persona lee un escrito, o un libro nuevo es una experiencia que gana en su vida, sin duda hay libros eternos, esos que nos acompañan en nuestra mesa antes de dormir, algunos con enseñanzas de vida, otros porque se parecen al reflejo de lo que somos, pero lo bonito es descubrir un nuevo libro, o un escrito que nos invite a reflexionar sobre nosotros mismos.
Hoy quiero resumir una recomendación de un texto sencillo pero con un mensaje contundente, se llama: " Cuando me amé lo suficiente"; su autor es Kim McMillen y es una linda experiencia para aprender.
Esta obra es muy hermosa, invita de una manera sutil a comprender las circunstancias y los lugares en el que a veces podemos estar, para mantener siempre nuestra autoestima. La bandera en sus líneas es la autenticidad y la madurez para enfrentar la angustia emocional y comenzar a ver las posibilidades de crecimiento, esas posibilidades que todos tenemos.
También en el texto se plantea que las cosas, el afecto o el amor no pueden ser forzadas, que todo aquello que llega a nuestra vida debe ser por libre albedrío y esto consolida el respeto y nuestro amor propio, porque no se debe suplicar por afecto, ni por cosas que no hacen falta.
Me enamora que en sus líneas hay una invitación a tener tiempo para nosotros mismos, sin que nadie nos pueda tachar de egoístas, y de ser así no darle importancia a tal hecho porque lo simple de la vida es amarnos para poder amar también a otros.
Este escrito es una inspiración sencilla a tomar la vida paso a paso, sin tener apuros y de una forma humilde, un día a la vez para ser feliz a plenitud. Por supuesto que podemos cuestionarnos, pero no debemos tener miedo porque todo lo mejor de nosotros mismo puede surgir después de las lágrimas y de analizarnos como seres humanos que sienten y aman.
Every time a person reads a writing, or a new book is an experience that wins in your life, no doubt there are eternal books, those that accompany us on our table before bedtime, some with life teachings, others because they resemble the reflection of who we are, but the nice thing is to discover a new book, or a writing that invites us to reflect on ourselves.
Today I want to summarize a recommendation of a simple text but with a strong message, it is called: "When I loved myself enough"; its author is Kim McMillen and it is a nice experience to learn.
This work is very beautiful, it invites in a subtle way to understand the circumstances and the places in which sometimes we can be, to always maintain our self-esteem. The flag in its lines is authenticity and maturity to face emotional distress and begin to see the possibilities of growth, those possibilities that we all have.
The text also states that things, affection or love cannot be forced, that everything that comes into our life must be by free will and this consolidates respect and our self-respect, because we should not beg for affection, nor for things that are not needed.
I love that in his lines there is an invitation to have time for ourselves, without anyone can label us as selfish, and if so do not give importance to that fact because the simple thing in life is to love ourselves to be able to love others as well.
This writing is a simple inspiration to take life step by step, without being in a hurry and in a humble way, one day at a time to be happy to the fullest. Of course we can question ourselves, but we should not be afraid because all the best of ourselves can emerge after tears and after analyzing ourselves as human beings who feel and love.
