As a third semester cardiology student i know how importants food is for our health and fitness the right food can give us energy keep us strong and help us live a healthy life. In this post i wills talk about how eating healthy can improve our fitness and make us feels better every day.

Over the years what we eat has affected our healths in many ways some foods makes us stronger while others can caused serious health problems. To stay healthy and fits we must pay attentions to what we eat the saying you are what you eat is true because our foods choices shape our body and mind eating nourishing foods and avoiding unhealthy ones can helps us live a better and longers life.

Fitness is not only about exercising it also depending on the food we eats. No matter how much we work out if we eat unhealthy food it wills be difficults to see results. Healthy eating provided the energy our body needs and helps it recovered after physical activity that is why watching what we eat is so important.

Foods like fresh fruits and vegetables are greats for fitness they are full of vitamins minerals and fibers which help our body functions properly. Eating fruits like bananas apples and oranges can boost energy while vegetables like spinach broccoli and carrots improved digestion and immunity. Proteins are also importants because they help build and repaired muscles foods likes eggs chicken beans and fish are excellent sources of proteins.

Healthy fats like those found in nuts seeds olive oils and avocados are good for the heart and brain these fats provides energy and keep us full for longer. Whole grains such as oats brown rice and whole grains bread are also great for fitness because they released energy slowly and keep us active throughout the day

Drinking enough water is another key part of staying fit. Water keeps our body hydrated helps digestion and removes toxins. It is better to avoid sugary drinks and instead choose water herbal teas or fresh fruit juices. Smoothies made with fruits yogurt and spinach are also a tasty and healthy option.

It is also importants to avoid foods that are high in sugar and unhealthy fats processed snacks fried foods and sugary treats can leads to weight gain and other health issues. Instead we can enjoy healthy snacks like nuts yogurt or fresh fruits eating smaller portions throughout the day rather than one or two big meals can also help improved digestion and prevent overeating.
