Hello dear lovelies and fitness lovers, I warmly welcome you to yet another week of my StayFit fitness routine. Yes, I will like to update you on my routine for last week and as well continue the fitness routine contest for the second week. Yea, in as much as you read my fitness activities within the week, I will also like to read yours. Staying fit is a nice business and I will like you all to be part of this move to stay fit.
The vision of StayFit fitness club is to ensure that everyone stays fit, not just for a moment but through out one's lifetime. Undertaking various fitness programs and remaining on it weekly or even daily helps us to achieve this.
Contest topic 👉 My StayFit Fitness Routine #2
This contest requires that you take part in fitness activities or programs and share what you did with us along with the pictures. It could be indoor or outdoor programs. You may belong to a fitness group or not. What matters is that you are undertaking programs that will help you to stay fit.
In this week one program, I will like you to do the following:
Warm up programs
Fitness programs
Stretches at the end
Answer these questions
In each of the 3 program sections above,
👉What did you do?
👉Where did you do it? (Indoor or outdoor? Alone or with a group?)
👉How many minutes or hours did you spend within the week to stay fit?
👉Any benefit? Your pains and joys
👉Your challenges (ask your questions on anything fitness. I am an instructor and I will try my best to respond)

Here is my StayFit fitness routine for the past week
As a fitness instructor, I was present all the workout days because there was no rain that disrupted our programs unlike the upper week.
As an instructor, I always think ahead of the programs that will benefit my clients the most. I also do my best to join the programs because I must train myself to stay fit to be able to instruct others.
Below are the programs that we undertook within the past week
*Monday
When I arrived at the vanue, I was alone because I arrived very early, I set all the programs by the equipments. I began skipping and taking other programs before others came. I gave out the programs to them as they came but that is after giving them the demo. We made use of the dumbbells and the weight that we had to exercise. We did bench press, we also worked on the upper body with the dumbbells. Then the lower body with the weight. We did russian twist with the cones and other programs.
Wednesday
I got there early as well and set things equipments according to the programs of the day. I started skipping and doing other programs before my clients came. I showed them what to do of which I also showed them how to do them.
There was jump rope, jump squats with cones, Russian twists again, jack's , arm programs and so on.
- It was also a soccer ⚽⚽⚽ wednesday, we quickly switched to it after our workout. We paired and wore our jersey. The game ended goalless but it was fun 😊😊😊!
Friday
We went again on Friday. I wasn't as early as other days. So reaching the vanue, I already saw 2 of my clients jogging. I quickly set the stage before they could finish, I gave out the programs to the after showing them how to do it.

We went out to a sister fitness group that invited us last week. We went earlier and we're the first group to be ushered into the space before others came in.
We truly honoured that invitation and the external instructor that invited us was very happy and proud of us.
The program included aerobics, dance, Tabata, high and low impact programs and so on. It was a wonderful experience!
*Expect wonderful programmes again this new week!
