Aceh is the farthest area in Indonesia, the area at the very end of Zero kilometers has the nickname Serambi Mekah, because Aceh is located at the very end, Aceh is surrounded by the sea and the people mostly earn their income as traditional fishermen.
Aceh traditional fishermen still use friendly fishing techniques without damaging the marine ecosystem, there are several techniques that Aceh fishermen use in terms of catching fish, some use spears, fishing, nets and net nets, as in the photo I present below.
The photo above is only a small part of the traditional Acehnese fishing activities using fishing techniques using nets.
