It was very nice to read dear up's post and I really enjoyed the way you said about experience and age. It's really true that experience requires age. As we grow older we gain experience. It will go away, but there are some places in life where age does not work. People's attitude leads us to understand that when our relatives or society shows wrong impressions on us, then If we are able to answer them further, then the aspects of wisdom that we have started to stand out, so I think that time and age are part of our wisdom, but as far as relatives and Society believes that it is no less in becoming a part of our sanity.

Your post is interesting, I like when you say that the elderly can learn from the young and vice versa, and the part you mention, humility, is the essential thing here.

La madurez es un proceso evolutivo. Este esta basado en una relaciona estrecha entre edad y experiencia. Sin embargo ninguna de las partes tiene un dominio sobre la otras.

Existen personas que poseen una gran madurez en una corta edad y personas mayores que carecen de esta.
Podría decirse que uno de los fundamentos de esto es la experiencia d vida que lleva a desarrollar, en muchos casos, un mejor intelecto y por ello una mayor madurez.

Esa situación no es un obstáculo para que ambas partes pueden aprender una de la otra. Cada experiencia no es solo enriquecedora a nivel individual, lo puede ser también a nivel colectivo.
