Which shopping style do prefer, online or offline? Reasons.

For me I choose offline shopping over online shopping because I like seeing a product before I buy it. At times it’s satisfying to touch the fabric, wear what you are buying, and check out the accurate shades of garments for real and also it is good for me to be able to talk to the store employees, inquire and even get help if required on the spot.

The thing I have missed most from shopping in a physical store is the excitement of finding new products and the instant reward of the purchase immediately so my dear steemians they feel the offline shopping is more interactivity and personalized which is the thing that I like.

Share both the Pros and cons of both shopping styles.

Online Shopping: Pros:

1. Convenience – You can buy anything, from anywhere at anytime.
2. Availability – Availability of a larger number of products or a variety that a given store stock power cannot match.
3. Better bargains – Always get a better deal than your counterparts when shopping online.

Cons:

1. Other charges – Besides having to pay a price for the thing to be shipped.
2. Rest time – Inability to access the product at the wanted time.
3. No tangible touch and feel - Can not touch or feel the product before buying.

Offline Shopping: Pros:

1. Accessibility - Can be taken home immediately.
2. Targeted service – Get assistance from salespeople.
3. Patronise now – get to feel and touch – the products.

1. Signs of low inventory – stores may have less number of products in their shelves.
2. The physical nature for need to go to the store physical travel and parking.
3. Stores, super stores and malls – Other shoppers and queues.

Yes I have a bad experience particularly with online shopping recently, I ordered some product online and even paid in full although I agreed to additional charges for delivery and only when I received it did I see that it was something completely different that I expected and not like what I ordered at all. Color, size and even the quality were not true to the site and these products were far from what I expected.

But since there was no way to return or exchange the product either. I really got the feeling that I am paying money for heartache so that is why I enjoy offline shopping as opposed to online shopping.
