Hope you all are well. I am new to this platform and I am sharing my another post.I love this contest.

The holy month of Ramadan has begun. We Muslims abstain from all food and drink from sunrise to sunset during this month of Ramadan. After eating Sehri in the early hours of the morning, I pray Fajr and go to sleep. During Ramadan, I wake up a little late in the morning. When I wake up in the morning, I first freshen up and wake up my son. On the occasion of the month of Ramadan, my son's Arabic lessons at the madrasa start in the morning. So I have to wake up in the morning and take my son to the madrasa. After coming from the madrasa, I complete other tasks at home.

During Ramadan, we Bangladeshis usually eat fried food during Iftar. Although fried food is not very good for health, it has become a culture for us during Ramadan. It is not right to eat fried food after abstaining from food and drink all day during Ramadan, but we have become accustomed to this food. I think we need to get out of this culture of Iftar. I sometimes refrain from eating these fried foods. Today, my Iftar had dates, onions, fried eggplant, boild egg, chops, muri and a little salad.And the healthiest food was the sharbat with isabgul tokma. This sharbat helps me get rid of the fatigue of the whole day.

After finishing iftar, I pray Maghrib. Of course, I drink a lot of water during this time. After abstaining from food and drink all day, my body becomes dehydrated, so I try to drink a lot of water after iftar. This helps to eliminate the dehydration in my body.After finishing the prayers, I complete my dinner. If I don't complete my dinner in the first part of the night, I have difficulty eating during Sehri. Today, I had curd and flattened rice dinner. Curd helps my digestion and flattened rice helps me gain energy as it is a carbohydrate.

After completing dinner, my son asked me to eat puffed rice Moya. I made Muri Moya for my son. Although I don't like puffed rice moya very much, I still ate a Moya with everyone. The Moya was quite good to eat.This moya is made by mixing jaggery with puffed rice.

During Ramadan, I try to go to bed a little early. Because I have to wake up early in the morning and eat Sehri again. So after completing dinner, I go to sleep at night. When it is time for Sehri in the morning, I wake up and freshen up. Today, my Sehri meal consisted of small fish, lentils, and white rice. I like to eat these types of food during Sehri. I prefer to eat small fish, lentils, and such foods during Ramadan.
