Could Manchester United be worse than this?
Manchester United popularly known as Man U is currently suffering from one of their worst seasons in the premier league top flight as a football club. The club since the departure of their longest-ever severing manager has not been in good shape since then. Sir Alex Fergusson the only Sir in English football has left a big gap that has not yet been filled by any manager after his departure.
After he left the club, the club recruited more than five different coaches ranging from top coaches who have the experience of winning all the prestigious trophies to those who have yet to even win something for themselves and the clubs they have been working with. However, with all these, there has not been any way food.
The table below gives a summary of the coaches that have handled the club after the iconic manager left and the duration, they handled the club.

With these years and the number of coaches United has had, will there be time and patience for Rúben Amorim to do his work and achieve the set goals? Based on the current state of the club, could something be done for the players and managers to boost their energy level? Taking A critical look at the statistics of the current manager; will they have patience for him?
Even though it is early days yet for us to start talking about the departure of the new manager, I am asking whether is United ready to give him the time to build the club. Let's take a look at his first 10 games as the head coach for the club.
Rubens first Ten Games
Area | Statistics |
---|---|
Matches played | 10 |
Premier League | 7 matches (1W, 1D, 4L) |
Wins | 4 |
Draws | 1 |
Losses | 5 |
With this statistic, it is tough to say something will happen, having conceded over 20 goals in all competitions scoring less, and being 14 on the league table, it is more difficult to deal with issues.
The club is indeed going through difficult times, and I hope that we will find a better way forward. Is it going to be anytime soon for it to bounce back under Ruben, or will it take a long time before things will be better? If long, how long do you think it will take? Let's keep the discussion going.
