To praise God means to express one's respect and gratitude towards him especially in song. It does not matter whether you have a sonorous voice or not. The most important thing is that it is an expression from your heart.
Beloved, have you praised God today; for life and other good things of life too numerous to recall here? One of the ways to focus on the greatness of God is to praise Him. In other words, you are not waiting for things to work out right before you begin to praise God. I encourage you to praise God from where you are right now and see how heaven will respond to you. Amen.
Praise the LORD with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings. Sing unto him a new song; play skillfully with a loud noise. Psalms 33:2-3 (KJV)
David, the Psalmist said: I will bless the Lord at all times, His praise shall continually be in my mouth, and it will never depart from my lips. This is a commitment to bless the Lord irrespective of the events happening around, whether the promises of God has been fulfilled or not. I encourage you to praise God always, turn yourself loose and let Him also minister back to you. Magnify the name of the Lord with and let us praise his name together.

When you understand how awesome God is to you and yours, his praise shall not be scarce in your mouth. We owe to God everything we are and will ever be. David understood this and much more when he declared that, “if not the Lord on our side; we would have been consumed”. When we always “remember” his goodness praises becomes our life style. This is what it should be.
You need to go beyond the motions of praise and worship and come before him with expectations. In times like these, one sure way to hear from God and get ministered to is through praises; don't let such moments pass you by. God inhabits the praises of His people, so don't be too dignified to praise Him. If He dwells in praises, then, He will surely minister to you when you praise Him. Amen.
When we come before the Lord with singing, He comes down with His glory and majesty. In the mist of high glorious praise and worship, no mountain can remain standing and every valley remains covered. If you want to bring the presence of the glory of God towards your direction, try PRAISES.
