Steemit Learning Challenge S23/W6 : Flours

Steemit Learning Challenge is running in the sixth week of the S23/W6 Challenge and this week's course is very important for us this course especially we can learn more about Healthy Flour and Unhealthy Flour. We are going to explore Healthy Flour and Unhealthy Flour in the challenge given by organizers @franieligonzalez & @nahela madam on behalf of Steemit Learning Challenge.

We prepare different types of food at home according to the daily needs of our food. We prepare different types of food with flour, especially flour Rice powder made from RICE,wheat powder, and different types of Pulses powder like gram flour, chickpeas and lentil powderand there are many types of items to cook. Cornflower is also required which we usually use while cooking.

But we never realize which flour is harmful to our health and which is beneficial.

Today I have shared with you three pictures of flour that I usually use in cooking. I also describe in detail whether the type of dough is refined or healthy.


Rice flour


At home I usually make 100% rice powder using rice powder to make bread , snacks,cake.After soaking the rice in water for an hour, drain the water and make the blend into rice powder. Again many times we grind this rice powder dry rice powder directly into the blender. With this rice powder, we usually make rice bread, which is very tasty to eat.And and I make pitha in cooking especially with any snackcycle or our local date jaggery with a combination of date jaggery and rice flour.

Whole grain rice flour is made by naturally grinding rice from rice flour.Rice flour is a good source of fiber, it's a soft texture and naturally gluten-free and can be made into many versatile and nutritious ingredients.

Low carbohydrates that provide energy for the body. Rice flour contains coline, low fat and cholesterol-free liver and keeps heart health good. Rice powder is very beneficial for the skin.Rich in vitamins and minerals that keep the liver and previous health good.And easily digestible.

So health conscious people comment that rice powder is a healthy flour that is very beneficial for body health.


Chickpea Flour


Whole grain is made by naturally grinding pulses known as gram flour and called gram flour.

This gram flour makes a variety of snacks items, dessert items with flour powder that is quite tasty to eat.
Besan has numerus health benefits especially.Gram flour is a good source of vegetable protein, fiber and essential minerals, it is a soft texture and naturally gluten-free and can be made into many versatile and nutritious ingredients.It can be considered as an alternative to refined flour which is very beneficial for health.
More protein, less carbohydrates and calories.High levels of antioxidants that can reduce levels of harmful acrylamides in processed foods.

Essential vitamins and minerals, 101% folate for RDI in a cup of besan filled with an accident at antioxidant Some day demand a quarter of other nutrients meet daily needs.


Wheat flour

I make bread with rice flour as well as flour made from wheat that I serve on my daily breakfast table. Whole grain wheat flour has quite a health benefit. Contains fiber content that removes digestion and constipation, regulates blood sugar levels and prevents anemia. Prepared flour has the right amount of gluten, minerals, starters and other natural food ingredients.


Refined flour


Besides, I have to use refined flour to make biscuit prestige, especially baking items, which removes fiber and other nutrients during processing, giving this field less nutrients; it has a higher amount of carbohydrates, which reduces energy levels, which increases body weight. Considered unhealthy for diabetics.


✅Make 1 sweet or savory pancake (HEALTHY) using a healthy flour. SHOW: INGREDIENTS, STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS, AND FINAL RESULTS.

Made a sweet or delicious healthy pancake using a healthy dough and its ingredients step by step instructions and final results I'll share and show the benefits and uses of the flour and eggs I used to make.

The ingredients I need to make a healthy pancake are -

rice flour1 cup
Milk½ cup
Eggs1
Cheesegreated
Salt½ tsp
Cow milk1/2 cup
pepper powder1/2 tsp
Many vegetables peas,capsicum,onion,chili carrot,and tomatolittle

First I'll mix well with a cup of rice powder with liquid ½ cup milk and salt.
On the other hand, I will cut the vegetables and separate them.
Now break an egg in a bowl and put the vegetables in it and mix it well with a little salt and pepper and put it on a side.

First I'll mix well with a cup of rice powder with liquid ½ CUP milk and salt.
On the other hand, I will cut the vegetables and separate them.
Now break an egg in a bowl and put the vegetables in it and mix it well with a little salt and pepper and put it on a side.

Now it's time to turn on the stove and put a frypan and in the frypan pan I'll pour the rice powder mixture completely and spread it a little then pour the egg mixture well and cover it with a lid for some time and put the stove on medium flame.

I'll turn the cake upside down after 2-three minutes. I'll reverse it again after a minute. Here I'll fold this one with some tomato and grate cheese and leave it in a bowl for a minute and put it in the oven and it's ready.

I ate it with mint chutney with a very tasty healthy oil free dish and it was delicious to eat. The texture inside was soft and fluffy and outside was crispy which was very tasty and amaising to me to eat.First made a pancake with some healthy ingredients I made delicious and healthy pancakes to eat.


✅What are the characteristics, benefits, and uses of the flour you used to make your pancake?

I used rice flour today to make pancakes so I mention the features, benefits and uses of this rice flour.

  • Features,- Whole grain rice flour is made by naturally grinding rice from rice.Rice flour white soft texture and rice aroma, rice flour is a good source of fiber; it is a soft texture and naturally gluten free and can be made into many versatile and nutritious ingredients.Easy to congeal and easy to digest and rice powder is a healthy safe food.
    Digestive support and has many nutritional properties.

  • Advantages - Good source of carbohydrates that provide energy to the body. Rice molasses contains coline, is low in fat and free of cholesterol, keeps liver and heart health good. Rice powder is quite beneficial for skin.Rich in vitamins and minerals that keep the liver and previous health good.And easily digestible.
    So health -conscious people comment that rice powder is a healthy Rice flour that is very beneficial for body health.

  • Usage - After soaking rice in water for an hour, drain the water and make rice powder into a blender. Sometimes I grind this rice in a dry rice blender.Usually we make rice bread with this rice powder, which is very tasty to eat.Make spicy or sweet pies with rice powder combination. Besides, different types of snacks, cake, and dessert items can be made.

✅What time of day do you think is best to eat this type of food? Explain your answer.

This dish can be eaten as breakfast at the beginning of the day.Rich in carbohydrates, protein, fiber and fat, this dish is a perfect meal for breakfast.Because in addition to having carbohydrates, the body will get energy and stomach will have flowers for a long time.Better to eat snacks as items in the afternoon.
It is a healthy one that can be consumed as carbohydrates, proteins, mineral vitamins, fiber and as a single meal can meet daily nutritional needs in one meal.I used kao milk in the food from which I would get fat and protein. I think eating this type of food at some point in the day is very good for health.That's because it doesn't contain refined flour that's harmful to health and no other harmful ingredients.


✅Of the 6 classes worked on in this course, which was your favorite

Out of the six classes I couldn't participate in all the classes due to work failure I couldn't attend the first two through the class selfishly described for us to stay healthy and healthy food which was important for health every subject.Each course had different characteristics, important healthy tips for some foods, we got many health benefits.

If the most important thing for us, including healthy cooking, seemed to me to be Macronutrients.

Course 1

Learned about the importance and positive effects of various types of good nutrition. Carbohydrate protein and fat in every ingredient in food must exist in food for physical nutrition.
How much we need for good health for health and good and bad mic tons of good and bad macronutrients. And learned a lot of details about each difference that is very necessary for good health.
Dietary nutrition is vital to overall health and overall well-being. Nutrient-rich and diverse foods only keep us healthy as well as help our bodies prevent various diseases.


✅What topics would you like us to cover in upcoming healthy cooking classes?

I would like to cover a few things in the upcoming healthy cooking class
Especially we all get sick day by day by eating unhealthy foods in unhealthy environment especially fast food and process food.
Busy daily life suppose we avoid homemade food all the time and we like super all or restaurant food more but after eating all these foods our health is deteriorating especially at a young age diabetic, cancer, heart disease and liver disease and other diseases Being affected .

Such foods are high in situated fat sugar and calories which are very harmful to health. Eating food increases various health diseases especially body weight and people get fat day by day.

  • Fast food - Foods take longer to prepare so these foods are prepared in advance to save time and these foods are very tasty to eat and contain extra oil which is not healthy at all.

  • Junk foods are packaged bottled or processed foods. These foods are packaged with a variety of preservatives that are very harmful to health.Food is rich in calories, but nutrients are very low.And eating all these foods causes cancer and liver disease.

So if we discuss issues like the upcoming Healthy Cooking course, it will be of great benefit to all of us.

You have a lot of flour options at home, I think this would be great especially when you want to make different types of healthy foods.

You've also made very healthy pancakes. It looks almost the same as the martabak in our country, very great..
