Since I live in my village, I eat and grow more or less all vegetables. Vegetables play a very important role in staying healthy as they are rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber that help the body function properly. Vegetables help in weight loss and control as they are low in calories and fat. Its low glycemic index helps in controlling blood sugar levels. Vegetables help control cholesterol and blood pressure, which is good for the heart.

So tomatoes and cabbage should be included in our regular diet as they are healthy and full of nutrients. It is healthy to eat regularly but it is important to maintain balance. A varied diet is best for the body, not overeating. I eat these kinds of vegetables daily. It gives a lot of energy to my body. So from my knowledge I shared my idea in this contest.
