"Ear Diseases".
The Title of your story will be "how-story01"
Hello, friends welcome to my post in which I have discussed "Ear Diseases" as part of my participation in this 👉contest organized by @afzalqamar
What do you know about ear diseases?
Ear diseases are diseases that can affect the different parts of our ear, including the inner car, middle ear and outer ear. Inner ear disease usually brings out water from the ear of the affected person and it is very irritating. However, some of the conditions of ear diseases include the following: otitis external, otitis media, hearing loss, earwax blockage, and all these diseases are not good for someone's ear. It is an important part of our body, and having an ear disease can cause someone to lose hearing.
Have you ever experienced an ear-related health issue?
Truth be told, I haven't experienced an ear-related health issue. The only experience that I have had was when I was taking my bath and water entered my ear. I started jumping up and using my hands to heat the affected ear when the water came out, and most of the time, I did feel like there was something in my ear, so I cleaned my ear immediately. However, I know of someone who has experienced ear-related health issues before, which the person treated by taking bacterial infection, fungal infection, and wax buildup ear drops, which helped to clean his ear.
How can we effectively treat and prevent ear infections?
We can effectively treat and prevent ear infections by practicing the following ways:
By keeping our ears dry after bathing or swimming.
By avoiding the use of inserting shaped objects in our ears to prevent us from having an ear canal.
By managing allergies. We need to reduce nasal congestion, especially noise.
By taking vaccinations which can help to prevent infections.
By reducing the exposure to loud noise which by doing sir we can prevent tinnitus. These and many more, which are not stated here, are how we can effectively treat and prevent ear infections.
