  • Assalamu Alaikum, how are you friends, I hope you are well, I am also fine by the grace of Allah and we have just said goodbye to Ramadan. Ramadan was a very lovely month in which we fasted and worshipped. And may this Lord help us to worship Him and fast. When the month of Ramadan ended, we celebrated a beautiful, beautiful and sweet Eid. I hope that the way I celebrated this sweet and sweet Eid, you too have celebrated this Eid. On this Eid we did a lot of art and went to meet our relatives etc. and wished them Eid Mubarak and much more. Eid Mubarak from me to all Muslims. So guys let's go to my post today I am again going to participate in a competition organized by @suboohi. And I am very thankful to them for organizing this competition.

What is a obesity? Describe it in detail.
  • Obesity is a dangerous disease. When fat accumulates irregularly in different parts of your body, it is called obesity. Obesity: When you are obese, your body structure is shaped like an apple, which is called apple obesity, meaning that your upper body is fatter and your lower body is thinner. After this, your body is giving such a structure that you are thin from the upper part and fat from the lower part, that is, fatter from the thighs to the hips, then we call this a pear shape Obesity. So these are the two types of obesity in which we classify obesity in very general terms. It is very important to note that obesity is no longer a condition, it is not a situation, but a very dangerous disease. Because of it, other diseases and other problems can occur, and dangerous diseases can also occur.

  • Obesity affects our health in many ways. Obesity can also cause a heart attack and increase the risk of diabetes. Obesity creates excess fat in our body, which causes dangerous diseases. Obesity is a very dangerous disease and it affects our health so much that it can even be fatal. Obesity can cause cancer, cholera, typhoid diabetes hypertension high cholesterol and other diseases because obesity is a very dangerous disease. Its rate is now very high in Pakistan. Obesity affects our health so much that when we suffer from this disease, we cannot eat well and we cannot take care of our health. Obesity affects our health in that we cannot walk properly and our health remains poor all the time.

Some effective ways to get rid of this problem.
  • Drinking warm water mixed with honey in the morning can help eliminate excess fat and reduce obesity.

  • Drinking a glass of lukewarm water mixed with the juice of one lemon in the morning helps to burn fat and reduces the chances of obesity.

  • After breakfast and lunch, you should drink coffee mixed with lemon juice. This also reduces obesity.

  • Lemon pickle is beneficial for obese people because it also reduces obesity.

  • Drinking lemon juice mixed with water three or four times a day also reduces obesity.

  • After meals, a little celery should be eaten with water because it also reduces obesity.

  • Your diet should be balanced. A balanced diet means that you consume more carbohydrates fruits and vegetables.

  • Surgery is performed to reduce obesity, such as metabolic surgery or, in common terms, weight loss.

  • Try to eat as much home-cooked food as possible and never eat outside food.

  • Exercise daily and jogging for about 30 minutes, then gradually increase the time of jogging.

  • If you take medicine for obesity, it will not make you thin, but it will improve your metabolism and digestion.

  • Change your behavior and stay away from irritability.

  • Avoid rice, eat brown rice, eat brown bread.

  • Eating oil should be used instead of ghee.

  • Consume less protein foods.

  • Eat low-calorie foods.

  • Surgery is the final solution to obesity. This happens when your BMI exceeds 35.

  • The last resort for obesity is surgery. You should consult your doctor to decide whether you will have bariatric surgery or not, or whether there will be something else. But even with that, you have to follow health and exercise, etc., and even then you can reach your goal.
