I hope you all are good and enjoying your life. Today i am here again to take participate in this amazing contest and i hope you all like it.
This contest is about effective ways to boost our immune system. so first we should have information about immune system what is it?
IMMUNE SYSTEM
Immune system is the combination of cells, tissues and different organs that protects our body from the foreign invaders which includes bacteria, pathogens and different viruses.
The components of immune system includes our white blood cells, Lymph nodes,spleen, thymus and bone marrow.
These all components identify the pathogens and trigger the immune system to eliminate the foreign material from the body.
The next thing is the main part of this contest is the effective ways to protect our immune system.
The first best thing to do is to change our life style by making it more in that way that it become good for our immune system. We should do exercise daily , also sleep for 7-9 hours daily at night as it helps our immune system to function properly. Avoid smoking as much as we can and also limits alcohol consumption that it could impair the function of immune.
Then we should keep hydrated all the day and eat a balanced diet,also practice relaxation techniques also make time for the activities with which you feel happy and relax. Also have good engagement with family and friends to manage your stress.
Take multivitamins supplement to support your immune system.
last but not the least to get vaccinated to protects against infectious agents. Also avoid contact with the people who are sick and wash your hands regularly .
