How are you my all steemit friend ? Iam fine and I hope you are all fine. My dear respected @afzalqamar brother moderator of healthy steem organised a fresh vegetable contest. I love to participate in this contest because I love to eat vegetables. It is one of my favourite contest.

I am from pakistan there are many types of vegetables in my country.But i choose these two carrots and Culoflower vegetables. vegetables are the blessings of Allah. Vegetables are more beneficial for humane health. Vegetables are the part of plants which planted by humane .It is the rich sources of vitamins, Iron,calcium and minerals.Fibers and antioxidants are present in vegetables.

Now i am going to share the health benefits of these vegetables.
Carrot :
- It is a root vegetable and red in colour.It contain fiber. The use of carrot protect from heart disease and bad cholesterol. It is a source of vitamin C. It have many types of health benefits and good for eyes,teeth,skin,bones and digestion. It is one of the most favourite vegetable in our country. It is best antioxidant. It strong a humane bone. Carrot have Calcium and vitamin K both for strong bone .Its juice is very delicious and increase the red blood cells boost up the immunity and improve eye, skin health. It contain three types of vitamin A vitamin C and vitamin k which are best for our health and whole body. It make the immunity strong. It helps in low sugar level. It is used in different cooking dishes. carrot pudding is very delicious and i love to eat it.
Cauliflower :
- It is a good sorce of vitamin C, vitami B and potassium. It is used in weight loss and help to reduce the inflamation in the body. It contain fiber and best for digestion system. Cauliflower protect from Cancer and heart disease. It is a healthy vegetable and full of nutrients. It is source of vitamins and minerals including vitamin C and vitamin K. It helps in conatipation Inflamatory bowl disease. Its taste is very delicious. Its colour is attractive and flower shape vegetable. Its belong to a brassica vegetable. It promotes the skin health. It can be used in different cooking dishes. It is mostly used in salaad which eat with lunch.
