Hello Steemians! Well come to my post. How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized @edgargonzalez in the Healthy Steem community. The topic of this contest is "How obesity Affect our health?". So let's start the task.

Do You consider that obesity is a disease caused by bad eating habits?

Yes of course the obesity is a disease infant it is considered as the mother of disease because it comes with so many disease which spread in the body and cause health problems. There are so many causes of obesity like bad eating habits, moving little after eating and consuming too much calories. If we talk about the bad eating habits yes it is a possible cause of obesity. Usually people become obese when they eat too much and consume too much calories but they don't burn them in physics activities and in exercise.

Then these fats stored in the body in the form of fats which cause obesity. Usually the high consumption of fats and sugars cause obesity because they contains a large amount of calories and when we Consume them but don't burn them then they cause obesity. Usually I have saw those people who are doing very little work and sits or sleep all the day long then that there are high chances of becoming obese in that people.

What negative consequences can obesity bring to our physical and mental health?

To be honest the obesity can destroy our health and can bring many negative impacts on our body functioning. It may cause many chronic disease. Lets discuss about the negative consequences of obesity on both physical and mental health.

  • The obesity can cause serious health problems and the diabetes is the most common negative impact of obesity on physical health.

  • The obesity can cause serious joint issues like joint pain, arthritis and bone disease.

  • The obesity can cause high blood pressure and heart disease like heart failure.

  • The obesity can increase the cholesterol level of body and can also cause liver damage.

  • The obesity can cause phycological problems like depression and anxiety.

What recommendations can you give to people who are obese?

Yes I can give some recommendations to the people who are obese. Well! I Wana recommend to the obese people they should eat less and actively participate in any of physical activities like doing some physical work, play sports and do a walk after eating. I have saw that many people go for sleep right after eating and it is not a good thing. Because of that the stomach can't digest the food quickly and it put some load on the stomach which can cause stomach problems.

More ever they should avoid eating junk food, food which contains fats and sugars so they may get rid of obesity. They should drive less and walk more and go for a walk after eating it will keep their stomach healthy and can reduce obesity.

If you know you were obese, would you agree to have invasive surgeries or would you simply diet and exercise?

Oooh!! To be honest I can't imagine to obese and I would never want to become obese. I'm very fear of obesity. So however if I would ever become obese then I would never like to reduce obesity through any of surgeries. This is because the surgeries put many negative impacts on our body. So I will simply change my eating routine and activities to reduce obesity.
