How to: perfect daily nutrition (Orange Juice ONLY!)
1 gallon of orange juice is all you need (and more!) for 1 day of fuel, nutrition, detoxing, and rebuilding. Plenty of protein, energy-packed carbs, and water perfectly structured for hydration. No insulin necessary because you will drink it NON-pasteurized and ripe. $14 for that gallon here in Florida...for a day of perfect intake! Awesome, eh?
That's right: all you need to do is drink 1 gallon of orange juice in 1 day.

Tips to get the best Orange Juice
Here's the type of orange juice to buy or juice yourself:
- Ripe and fresh oranges (there will be an acidic taste if they are not ripe and fresh) -- if it is acidic, return the product and tell the store you want a fresher one.
- Do not cook it! It must be Non-pasteurized. If you are in doubt by looking at the label, know that the FDA in the USA requires that juice drinks explicitly put on their label drinks that are not pasteurized. Don't listen to marketing sweet talk like "gently" pasteurized, "gourmet" pasteurized, etc.--those are still cooked just the same.
- Don't worry whether or not it is USDA organic. There just isn't enough information to show whether it makes a difference. Unfortunately :D
(Yes, that's grapefruit juice. Non-pasteurized and just as awesome!!)
Interesting and I love orange juice and grapefruit juice even better
Have 1 gallon of non-pasteurized OJ for a day :) you'll love it :D
