Bent Over Triceps Kickback Allows you to Activate Not Just your Triceps but Additional Muscle Groups in your Back, Glutes, Legs and Core in Order to Maintain Position Throughout the Exercise.

Trainer Tips:

  • Keep the Weight in Your Heels and Hips Sitting Back with your Knees Slightly Bent
    *Hing at the Hips, Keeping your Back Flat
    *Upper Arms Stay Parallel to the Ground, There Should be No Movement at the Shoulders Only Elbows
  • Listen to your Lower Back! You Can Modify with a Kneeling or Bench Supported Variation if your Lower Back is Uncomfortable.
