Ways of improving Nigeria's rate of development

I Sulola Oluwatimilehin feels that in a country settings like Nigeria and the current situation which they face,the right solution to solving and improving the country is by;
-Realizing the wealth and resources of each region.
-Realizing the different types of crop which could be grown in each state.
-Sharing of duties and assignment to each states for the development of the whole country.
-Defining the effectiveness and efficiency at which each state should do their duties and assignment.
-Actualizing the goal which is set for the success of the programme or reform

        However,i feel that some things should be put in place ;

-Each region should not feel that the opportunity is meant for them to steal or stand alone because special forces should be created to serve as watch dog on whatever each state is doing and give feed back .
-Each state should know that one state's progress is every state's strength so they should work hard for balanced success.

     Nevertheless, i also made little discovery that i feel is another idea to Nigeria's development:

-The northerners are very good at creativity.
-The Eastern part are very good at the Economy handling.
-The southern part are very good at protect culture (culture and tourism).
Therefore, i feel if the western region deals with the culture and tourism of the nation and the Eastern region deals with the economy and finally the Northern region dealing with the creativity of the nation then, i feel there would be a drastic change if only all these can be done with love and togetherness i.e oneness of mind . Also it should be done without a corruptive mind set for a greater achievement and great development.
