Woke up, again with a headache and I can't figure it out! All that comes to mind is muscle aches. And if it is indeed muscle soreness, I have to keep doing the head, face and neckcercises until the muscles develop to a point that they no longer become sore.

I've had similar experiences with my legs. Before I realized the importance of working my legs, I'd only train them once in a while. Whenever I did they'd be sore to the point that I had trouble walking, especially up steps. The year I got serious about legs training I decided I'd work them twice a week even if they were sore.

And they were.

What happened was, after a set or two, the soreness subsided. Went away, vanished. This phenomenon was confirmed years later during my fitness certification classes. However I never did get an explanation why it happens.

Since the body likely works the same all over, I can probably treat my neck muscles the same way.

These headaches could be coming from elsewhere, but this is the only idea I have, so I'm going to run with it.

The neighborhood is quiet today. The diner I visited yesterday and all the restaurants near it are closed. I have the impression that this is a commercial area and that this hotel is a business meeting/conference spot, as well as a place for couples to get away for a weekend or holiday... as well as a tourist spot. There's is quite a bit of English spoken here.

My quest for the morning cup of tea brought me back to the snack bar where I had my first meal... the burger.

Oh, the headaches may also be from calorie restriction... although I shouldn't need more than 1600-2000 per day. Oh well, we'll keep monitoring the Bod. It could also be the heat.

A couple of hours by the pool and an easy pool workout a lot of sun and a lot of heat. And there's a headache still lingering. It's not stopping me. It's like 25% strength, and probably because I'm thinking about it.

A couple cups of tea and I'm back to la habitacion - the room. The market across the street has a great selection! I grabbed some smoked salmon, goat cheese and a roll and made a sandwich. This strategy took me back to highschool; when I didn't have enough cash for a proper sandwich, I'd get a quarter pound of meat and a roll. My thrifty ways are still with me.

I'm having a third round. Maybe the headaches were the sign of a sneaky invader. Who knows? I want to get some pulling in, but I may go to the gym for some chest work as well. I have to find the international station too and make sure I can get a ticket to Lisbon.

There are at least three estacions in Sevilla. The one I need to get to Portugal is the furthest away. Too far to walk, but there's a bus. Seems like this bus company has a lock on route. I will recon this tomorrow.... maybe even get my ticket.

Minimum Wage Fitness

Although I dropped a bunch of luggage weight from last year, I'm thinking I can drop even more. I can be a hostel hopper... even more of a hobo. At this point my laptop is a heavy luxury. I will ponder this, as well as the clothes.

Oh, some notes; headache gone, bee sting hasn't attacked my foot in two days... so that was about a week it took to go through the process.

Got a good pull and shrug work out in on the bars. Fell over and scraped the left upper, outer calf. Washed it and put coconut oil on it. Also practiced some assisted pistol squats. I can still benefit and eventually I'll get it.

Maybe a beer tonight? A salad? Not that hungry, cheese and jamon recovery meal. It's late... but it's Spain.

Yeah... a couple of brewskis and a new episode.
